Confession of a Shopaholic

After 1 and half months of screening 'Confession of a Shopaholic', Louis and I decided to watch the movie as i didn't wanna miss the movie. Was supposedly to watch it with Aiwei and Niena, but because they have been really busy with assignments, we couldnt watch it together. Well, i guess we could watch another movie together, guys!

I love the show! Isla Fisher suits the character in the movie. I dont think i can think of anyone that is able to replace her as the character! U can even see how her eyes sparkle and in dazed when she sees new handbags, shoes, clothes or accesories. Funny thing is how the clothes she chooses are sometimes weird, but look amazingly stunning on her. 

Hugh Dancy. I just simply like how messy, dirty and yet, he is good looking. Man-ly!

Watching this movie makes me realize how most of us can actually relate to Isla Fisher or being a shopaholic. Well, as women, im sure we LOVE shopping.

If u are not sure, then ask yourself these questions:

Do u realize how your eyes sparkle when u see something that u like? 

Do you always ask yourself if u need to buy new items for your wardrobe, but somehow, come up with an excuse abt how much u need it (although the excuse is ridiculous or stupid, but simply thought it made perfect sense at that moment?)

Is your room in a state of mess full with clothings/handbags/accesories/shoes? (Something like this?!)

Do u have new clothes, shoes or handbags which have not been worn, and kept really nicely in your shopping bag with the price tag still on for more than a month?

Do u have new items hiding under your bed?

Do u sneak new stuff into your room afraid that your mum might catch u buying something AGAIN?!

Haha, see what i mean? Im sure most of u guys are like that! Although how humorous it sounds the fact u can relate to someone so much from the movie, but it also sounds scary that what if u turn like her with our capability of owning 'magic cards' aka credit cards. After all, its just swipe, sign and go!

wat i did today!!

I cant believe its a Saturday, and I am sitting at home blogging as I have nothing much to do. 

Alright, since i have nothing much to do, let me just update what have I been doing today!

Morning: Gym. I went for the RPM class which was the cycling class. Man, it was exhaustin and i was sweating like hell! U wont imagine! 

Then, the excitement begins. I went bag hunting at One Utama!!

Ok, i walked into quite a few shops until Louis was like... "Can we go? Im very tired!" I went into Charles & Keith, Braun Buffel, DKNY, even Vincci, etc...but I found NOTHING! Nothing suitable! Ahh....how annoying!

At least my sister in Australia is such a sweetheart and promised to keep a lookout if there's any branded bags on sale, and will help me to get it if it's cheap!

Night: Had dinner at Pantai Seafood. Hmm...yummy-licious. Jocelyn would loved to join us! Came home right after dinner...and i have no idea wat to do! Ok, guess im gonna go watch some anime now. Haha...i know..anime..wat on earth am i doing or thinking! out of my mind!

A court case. Greedy me Vs. Guilty me

Greedy me says: Eat something. Ure at desserts bar! Have a dessert!

Guilty me says: No...this will just put on extra calories. Are u out of your mind. Ure not eveN hungry!

Decision made: The judge agreed that 'Guilty me' wins the court case!

However 'Greedy me' decides to fight till the very end and says:

Come on! Admit it! Ure a little tinny winny bit hungry! A pancake or ice cream doesnt hurt.

Decision: Guess who wins..

Although I have not been feeling well today as i am down with a cold and cough, yet, i cant resist myself from indulging. Louis and I feeling clueless about what to eat and where to go for dinner decided to take a look at Jaya 33 to see if there's anything interesting to eat. And, i remembered there's an italian restaurant there. So, voila! There's this place call d'italiane kitchen, and the food they serve is pretty delicious as well.

If ure wondering how come the pictures turn out so nice, it is Louis' camera that is doing the trick, ok?! Ok, let's get to the food part. Im getting there, Aiwei!hehehe.... ;-)

For starters, we had Bruschetta. It did not taste FANTASTIC, but just alright. Not forgetting, its actually quite big. Pretty generous of them. But i think if my next trip there, i might wanna try the mushroom soup instead. I saw some people ordered the soup, and they seem to be enjoying the soup.

The pizza (bottom picture), which costs RM26. I think for the price we pay, its quite reasonable because the portion is pretty big. Its about 8 slices and the pizza taste pretty good as well. For a start, the base of the pizza is not soft but slightly crispy and together with the topping, it tastes yummy-licious.

Haha, how can i miss the carbonara, right? Well, this carbonara is good. Its pretty creamy but u can also taste that the carbonara is a little milky. However, it taste better than quite a few places i know.

And lastly, this is pretty ME, but i dont think the picture turn out very well. Yup, me and my new hair cut too.

The bill came up to around RM70. But for the amount we ordered, i think it was ok. The caesar salad looks good too. Maybe i should order that the next round and some seafood pasta, or probably a main course like salmon or something! Oh, and they have sandwiches too, not forgetting their irrisistible desserts! I just feel like trying everything! There will definitely be a next time! Oh, and of course the service was pretty good too. The waiters and waitresses and observant and helpful too. Man, i am promoting this place quite a bit!

P/S: Oh, i forgot to tell u guys! Louis got a slr camera recently. Notice the photos uploaded before this post? Yeah, Louis uploaded the photos. Ok, so all i have to do is handle his camera with extra care, and maybe, the possibility that he will allow me to use his camera when im out with my girlfriends so we can camwhore the night away. What do u all think?!hehe..

Hello there!

Im sorry I have not been updating the blog as often as I should. Ive been pretty caught up with  my work, or shopping or spending quality time with family and friends. 

Well, let's not forget the fact that i have been going to the gym lately, and  unsuccesfully, not losing any weight. People who have not seem me for quite a while, claim that i put on weight instead!

So, what the hell!!

Will be going out with college friends tmr, and (fingers cross), i'll be free to posts pics online and keep u guys update, alright?
